Import
Bring questions from various sources, such as Word documents, plain text, RTF files, or QTI 2.1 packages, into a clean and structured document. You can drag a file onto the window or paste text directly. Qulibra automatically detects the question types and provides a preview before any changes are committed.
Editing
A focused three-pane workspace with a sidebar, question list, and detail editor allows you to edit rich text, switch question types, assign metadata, and use Find and Replace across the entire document. It supports seven question types: multiple-choice (MC), matching (MA), true/false (TF), fill-in-blank (Fill-in-Blank), essay (Essay), matching (Matching), and ordering (Ordering).
Question Library
A personal and permanent, searchable collection of your best questions is stored separately from any working document. You can add questions from any import, search and filter them by type, category, difficulty, or tags, and then send them into any open document when needed.

Publish your questions directly to Blackboard, QTI, Yuja Engage, or JSON. Qulibra takes care of the format-specific packaging, ensuring your questions are delivered correctly to your LMS. Before submitting, generate a PDF review copy.
